All of our work is guaranteed. Period.
There are three parts to our guarantee:

| Workmanship guarantee: |
If you should find that we have serviced something in the past and it is no longer working due to a problem with our workmanship, we will gladly return to the site within 60 days of the original paid servicing and correct the problem with our workmanship free of charge. If there is a problem with the workmanship beyond the 60 days, we will return to correct the problem at minimal service fee.

| Parts guarantee (Within 14 days of servicing): |

If we sell you a part at the time of servicing and it is defective or becomes defective within 14 days of service, we will return to the site and gladly replace the defective part with the same or similar part as no extra charge. If a part becomes defective after 14 days of the date of service, we will return to the site up to 60 days after the original paid service and replace the defective part with the same or similar part at a fee equal to that of the part itself. There is no labor charge for replacing a defective piece of hardware after 14 days of service up to 60 dyas, except if the part becomes defective due to tampering by another party, and/or by liquid, smoke, or heat damage. After 60 days, we will replace any defective parts per our normal rates. |
| Non-workmanship guarantee (within 14 days of servicing): |
| If there should be a problem with something else other than our workmanship or a defective part, such as another problem unrelated to the first, and it is within 14 days of the original paid service, we will return to the site and correct the problem at a 35% discounted rate. This 35% discount is only good from day after servicing until the 14th business day after servicing. After which, any unrelated, non-workmanship problems will be charged at our normal rates. If is a problem, within 14 days, caused by another party affecting our original service in any way, intentional or not, we will return to the site to correct the problem at our normal rates. |
