On all services, we will be happy to provide verbal and written support and if necessary on-site support for existing clients. Every paid serviced client is allowed 2 free technical support calls for help with a prior serviced computer or system. Any technical support calls beyond that is charged at a minimum of $35 per every1/2 hour with a 1/2 hour minimum. Additionally, existing clients are also entitled to free on-site technical support servicing if :
1) The problem can not be resolved over the phone
and
2) The problem must be related with the last and most recent service. It can Not involve a prior serviced event, such as a hardware install that is no longer working or an upgrade that is not functioning properly, etc. The problem must be from a current problem and not a past problem. (See below for problems with previously serviced events)
Any additional on-site servicing completed: 1) during a call for correcting a prior service and/or 2) for systems not previously serviced or related to the original servicing, will be charged based upon a discounted hourly rate determined by the complexity of the problem.

For New Clients:
If you are not an existing DCC client already, we can still provide technical support on the phone for $50.00 per 1/2 hour with a 1/2 hour minimum. On-site servicing available for the regualar rates. See the rates page for more information. We also provide everyone free web-based technical support via the Technical Support Forum
